Accessibility Statement
Last updated May 28, 2026.
X Home is committed to making stoptexasforeclosures.com usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Many of the homeowners we work with are navigating a difficult, time-pressured situation - and we want every visitor to be able to find help here without barriers.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, are the internationally recognized benchmark for digital accessibility.
What we've done
We have reviewed and updated the site for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. Specific measures include:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a single, descriptive heading on each page.
- A "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page, so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
- Keyboard operability across the entire site, including a mobile menu that closes with the Escape key and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Descriptive labels and accessible names on all interactive controls, including icon-only buttons and external-link buttons (which announce that they open in a new tab).
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics and icons are explicitly hidden from screen readers so they aren't announced.
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds the WCAG 2.1 AA minimums for body text and interactive components.
- Respect for the operating system's "Reduce Motion" preference - all scroll-triggered animations are disabled when this preference is on.
- Responsive design that reflows cleanly down to 320px wide and stays usable at 200% browser zoom.
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Areas we are actively monitoring or working on:
- Video testimonials hosted on YouTube rely on YouTube's caption support. We work with our customers to confirm captions are enabled on each video, but caption quality and timing are ultimately governed by YouTube.
- If you encounter content that has not been captioned or transcribed and you need an accessible alternative, please contact us using the details below and we will provide one as quickly as possible.

When you contact us, please include the page URL where you encountered the problem and a brief description of the assistive technology or device you were using. The more detail you can share, the faster we can reproduce and fix the issue.
Third-party content
Our scheduling page is provided by Google Calendar, and our video testimonials are hosted on YouTube. We do not control the accessibility of these third-party platforms directly, but we have selected them because they have ongoing accessibility programs and ship native keyboard, screen-reader, and caption support. If a third-party tool creates a barrier for you, please let us know - we will provide an alternative way to reach us (phone, email, or postal mail) so you are never blocked from getting help.
Formal complaints
We hope to resolve any accessibility issue directly with you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
