Privacy Policy

Effective May 27, 2026. Last updated May 27, 2026.

X Home ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you interact with stoptexasforeclosures.com (the "Site") or contact us by phone or email, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have about it.

By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

X Home is a Texas-based real estate advisory and acquisition company headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. We help Texas homeowners facing foreclosure understand the options available to them. We are not a law firm, government agency, lender, credit counselor, or HUD-approved housing counseling agency. All real estate offers and contracts we facilitate use Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) forms.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a contact form, call us, or email us, you may provide:

  • - Your name
  • - Your phone number
  • - Your email address
  • - Property address
  • - A description of your foreclosure situation or other context you choose to share

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • - Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, screen size)
  • - IP address and approximate location (city/state level)
  • - Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Site
  • - Referring website or search terms that brought you here

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not currently use cross-site advertising trackers.

Information from public records

We use publicly available Texas foreclosure auction records (county-level filings, posted sale notices, and similar public data) to understand market conditions and, in some cases, to identify properties scheduled for auction. This information is already public when we obtain it; we do not buy it from data brokers.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

  • - Respond to your inquiry and provide free guidance about your foreclosure options
  • - Discuss potential paths forward, including referrals to attorneys, HUD-approved counselors, or other professionals when appropriate
  • - Communicate with you about your situation by phone, text, or email
  • - Improve and operate the Site
  • - Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising. We do not share your personal information with anyone for their independent marketing without your consent.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed and only with parties bound to keep it confidential:

  • - Service providers that operate the Site or help us communicate with you (for example, our web host, form provider, email delivery, and phone systems). They process data on our behalf and only for that purpose.
  • - Professionals you ask us to engage on your behalf - such as attorneys, lenders, or licensed real estate agents - when you specifically authorize us to share your information with them.
  • - Legal and safety reasons when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • - Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case any successor will be bound by this Policy.

5. Communications and the TCPA

When you provide your phone number through the Site or by calling us, you consent to receive calls and text messages from X Home related to your inquiry, including by automated means. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, telling us by phone, or emailing anthony@xhomeadvisors.com. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages necessary to provide a service you have requested.

We do not use automated dialers to make unsolicited calls to numbers we have not received from you or from a public foreclosure record. We aim to comply with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable Texas calling and solicitation rules.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:

  • - The right to know what personal information we have collected
  • - The right to request a copy
  • - The right to request correction of inaccurate information
  • - The right to request deletion, subject to our legal and operational retention needs
  • - The right to opt out of certain sharing or "sales" of personal information (we do not sell personal information as that term is commonly defined under applicable law)
  • - The right to not receive retaliatory treatment for exercising these rights

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these rights, email us at anthony@xhomeadvisors.com or call 817-204-5273. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days under U.S. state privacy laws).

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with our legal obligations, including Texas Real Estate Commission record-keeping rules for any transaction we facilitate. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you send us, particularly over the internet or by unencrypted email.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking guidance on foreclosure matters affecting property they own. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including those of attorneys, government agencies, and housing counselors we refer to. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

11. Important things we are not

X Home is not a law firm, government agency, lender, credit repair organization, or HUD-approved housing counseling agency. We are not affiliated with HUD, VA, FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or any other government or quasi-government entity. Any references to those entities on the Site are descriptive only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Policy.
